The juice of fresh limes is paired with freshly grated ginger and added for the second ferment, to create a delicious effervescent drink which is great for gut health. The juice of raspberries is paired with freshly squeezed lemons  and added for the second ferment to create a delicious effervescent drink which is great for gut health. The juice of strawberries, blackberries,blackcurrants and raspberries and freshly squeezed lemon juice are added for the second ferment, to create a delicious effervescent drink which is great for gut health.This four berry medley is tart and tangy with a sweet and sour finish.Always keep it in the fridge.

 Turmeric Ginger and Honey

The juice of amazing fresh root turmeric, pineapple and lemon  is paired with honey and added for the second ferment to create a delicious effervescent drink which is great for gut health.
