The Kombucha Journey Begins
It all started when a friend recommended it to me due to some gut issues I was dealing with. She gave me a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast), and from that moment, my kombucha journey began. Within a week, I felt much better and began sharing it with others. Before I knew it, I had a thriving business supplying local coffee shops, artisan delis, bars and restaurants.
